Christmas at pre-school

As the big day approaches, we:

decorate our Christmas tree and make, mix and create everything Christmas, including Christmas trees,
snowflakes, snowmen, playdough gingerbread men and Christmas tea…

listen to stories about Christmas, from the Nativity to the ‘Dinosaur that Pooped Christmas’;

wear our Christmas jumpers and bring in donations for the (Christmas Play) raffle and for the local Foodbank;

are superstars in our Christmas play in the Church – as the children of the world bringing gifts for baby Jesus, angels, a drummer boy … in the first part, the Nativity, or a flame or an ingredient, in the second part, ‘Our Christmas Pudding’;

have breakfast with Santa;

and finish the term with a feast of food and fun (games and dancing and a magician) at our Christmas party.

After all that, we deserve a break and a very Merry Christmas.
